• LEVEL 1​​​-  This beginner yoga course will help define focus, strength, flexibility and threshold. Level 1 is an intricate Vinyasa series, linking the body movement with breath. This class is paced so you will learn the basic postures and principles that create a strong yoga practice.   • LEVEL 1 (INTRO TO HEAT)This is a slightly heated class at 95 degrees.   • 30 MINUTE SPIN-  This 30 minute indoor cycling class includes aerobic and anerobic interval training. Rides are set to rocking music and incorporate resistance and speed training as well as upper body arm work. We aim to push your cardiovascular threshold to the limits with fun music and black-lights!   • LEVEL 2- This is a slightly more advanced class and built off the foundation of Level 1.   • SHAPE- This is a total body workout! This class is meant to isolate and tone each major muscle group. In this class we utilize light weights and high repetition while listening to upbeat music. SHAPE takes what you have already learned from LEVEL 1 and LEVEL2, boosts your heart rate,  amplifying your yoga practice to a higher level.
